1. If the course area of the courses intended to apply are not announced in the system, students may email course syllabus url to check course area. (z10604029@email.ncku.edu.tw Ms.Chen)
2. Once application has been approved, course(s) will be counted as general education credit. However, graduation credits must comply with students’ department guidelines.
3. Foreign language course other than English (such as Japanese, Spanish, German, French, Korean) can be transferred to general course credit in the Humanities Area. However, International students taking the official language of their country of origin may not apply.
4. AH Chinese Language Center course, AF Exploring Tainan course, A1 English Module course, A2 Physical Education course, A4 Teacher Education Program course and A7 College Chinese course may not apply.

【Current Semester Courses】

1. Application period starts from the week after the stage of course withdrawal to the day semester ends.
2. Students may cancel application(s) before deadline.
3. Once course credit(s) has been transferred to GE credit(s), course credit(s) cannot apply for self-motivated study.

【Previous Semester Courses】

1. Starting from Senior Year, students can apply to transfer courses taken from other department during past semesters to general education credit and transfer back courses taken from other department that were previously transferred to general education credit.
2. During the period of schooling, each student is limit to apply for a total of 3 changes. Approval of either apply or transfer back will be counted as 1 change. Application period will be announced in the system.
3. Application rejected either by students’ department or Center for General Education will not count towards the total of 3 changes.
4. Self-motivated study courses may not apply.
